The Illumina 850k Human DNA methylation EPIC BeadChip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 850,000 CpGs in the formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissue sections(FFPE). Samples included 3 normal samples without HPV and 6 cervical cancer samples (three HPV 16 positive,three HPV 18 positive). 本研究采用Illumina 850K人类DNA甲基化EPIC微珠芯片(Illumina 850k Human DNA methylation EPIC BeadChip),对福尔马林固定石蜡包埋组织切片(FFPE)中约85万个CpG位点的DNA甲基化图谱进行获取。本次实验样本包含3例HPV阴性的正常样本与6例宫颈癌样本(其中3例为HPV16阳性,3例为HPV18阳性)。实验整体设计如下:将来自这9份样本的亚硫酸氢盐转化DNA,与上述Illumina 850K人类DNA甲基化EPIC微珠芯片进行杂交。
