Changes in PBMC Gene Expression During Acute Measles. Homo sapiens

Children with acute measles were admitted to the University Teaching Hospital in Lusaka, Zambia. Peripheral blood was collected at hospital entry, discharge and 1-month follow-up. Control samples were also collected from uninfected children. All children were HIV negative. Keywords: Clinical timecourse Overall design: There are five patients with acute measles. Samples from entry, discharge and follow-up were run for each patient. Three uninfected control samples are also included.

本数据集纳入赞比亚卢萨卡大学教学医院收治的急性麻疹患儿。研究分别于患儿入院时、出院时及1个月随访时采集外周血样本；同时从未感染麻疹的健康儿童中采集对照样本。所有受试儿童均为HIV阴性。
