The relationship between Vcmax25 and leaf chlorophyll content was evaluated in a subtropical evergreen coniferous plantation. CO2 response curves of leaf photosynthesis, leaf chlorophyll content, and leaf nitrogen content were measured during the 2017 growing season at the Qianyanzhou (QYZ) Ecological Station. The objectives of this study were: (1) to investigate the relationship between Vcmax25, leaf chlorophyll content, and leaf nitrogen content in a subtropical evergreen coniferous plantation; and (2) to evaluate the relative importance of different driving variables to Vcmax25.

本研究针对亚热带常绿针叶人工林,评估了25℃条件下的最大羧化速率(Vcmax25)与叶片叶绿素含量之间的关联。2017年生长季期间,研究团队于千烟洲(QYZ)生态站测定了叶片光合作用的CO₂响应曲线、叶片叶绿素含量以及叶片氮含量。本研究的目标为:(1)探究亚热带常绿针叶人工林中Vcmax25、叶片叶绿素含量与叶片氮含量三者间的关联;(2)评估不同驱动变量对Vcmax25的相对重要性。
