Thermoproteus neutrophilus V24Sta. Thermoproteus neutrophilus V24Sta was first isolated from a hot spring in Iceland. This organism is the type strain and is being sequenced as part of a comparative genomic study of hyperthermophilic Archaea.

嗜热中性热原体（Thermoproteus neutrophilus）V24Sta菌株。该菌株首次分离自冰岛的一处热泉，为该物种的模式菌株（type strain），目前正作为超嗜热古菌（hyperthermophilic Archaea）比较基因组学研究的组成部分开展全基因组测序工作。
