Microbial Community in a Novel Sewer Pipe. activated carbon metagenome

The samples were obtained from a pilot scale in-sewer sewage treatment facility operated from Sep. 2013 through Mar. 2015. Microbial populations in three kinds of batch experiments, continuous flow experiment, intermittent flow experiment, and aerobic batch experiment were sequenced by GS Junior for V1-V3 region.

本研究的样本采集自2013年9月至2015年3月期间运行的中试规模管内污水处理设施。针对三类批次实验、连续流实验、间歇流实验以及好氧批次实验中的微生物群落，采用GS Junior测序平台（GS Junior）对其16S rRNA基因V1-V3可变区进行了测序。
