A minimal test-dataset for the image analysis pipelines NuMorph and lsmquant

A minimal test dataset from a mouse brain sample imaged with a light-sheet fluorescence microscope (UM2). Images are tiled single-channel tif files. The dataset serves to test the functionalities of the pipelines NuMorph and lsmquant.本数据集为采用光片荧光显微镜（light-sheet fluorescence microscope，UM2）对小鼠脑组织样本进行成像所获得的小型测试数据集。图像为分块平铺的单通道tif文件。 该数据集用于测试NuMorph与lsmquant两类处理流水线的功能。
