CLC_FCS60_1980: the China's 60 m land cover product with fine classification system in 1980

CLC_FCS60_1980 is China’s 60 m land cover product with a fine classification system that adopts comprehensive change detection method. It utilizes a refined classification system, which is inherited from the GLC_FCS30D product, containing 35 land-cover categories and covering the year 1980. Specifically, it is developed by combining an improved comprehensive change detection method, local adaptive classification models, and a series of post-classification processing methods, using Landsat MSS and TM imagery. Validation results show that it achieves an overall accuracy of 85.56% (±0.87%) for the basic classification system (10 major land-cover types) and 69.11% (±1.14%) for the LCCS level-1 validation system (17 LCCS land-cover types). The CLC_FCS60_1980 dataset has been stored by a total of 63 independent 5°×5° geographical tiles, and the tile names as “CLC_FCS60_1980_E***N##”, in which the “***” and “##” illustrate the longitude and latitude coordinates of the upper left corner of the tile data.CLC_FCS60_1980是一款中国区域60米分辨率土地覆盖产品，采用精细分类体系与综合变化检测方法。其依托继承自GLC_FCS30D产品的精细化分类体系，共包含35种土地覆盖类别，覆盖1980年时段。具体而言，该数据集结合改进的综合变化检测方法、局部自适应分类模型与一系列分类后处理方法，基于Landsat MSS和TM遥感影像构建完成。验证结果表明，其针对基础分类体系（10种主要土地覆盖类型）的总体精度达85.56%（±0.87%），针对LCCS一级验证体系（17种LCCS土地覆盖类型）的总体精度为69.11%（±1.14%）。 CLC_FCS60_1980数据集共计存储为63幅独立的5°×5°地理瓦片，瓦片命名格式为"CLC_FCS60_1980_E***N##"，其中"***"与"##"分别对应该瓦片数据左上角的经度与纬度坐标。
