Imaging Ng2:DsRed+ Murine Retina over 6 Hours in Culture

Murine retinal explant from an Ng2/Cspg4:DsRed/+ animal cultured in Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) + 5% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) + 1% penicillin-streptomycin at 37 degrees Celsius for 6 hours. Explants were cultured on a glass-bottom petri dish and imaged every hour on a Zeiss LSM 880 point-scanning confocal microscope. Volumetric images taken through the z-axis were acquired at 40x and 63x. Images in the figure are compressed z-stacks within a selected range, but the raw image files in .czi format are also included.

本数据集的实验材料为Ng2/Cspg4:DsRed/+小鼠的视网膜外植体，将其置于添加有5%胎牛血清（FBS）、1%青霉素-链霉素的Dulbecco改良Eagle培养基（DMEM）中，于37℃条件下培养6小时。外植体接种于玻璃底培养皿，采用蔡司LSM 880点扫描共聚焦显微镜每小时进行一次成像；以40倍和63倍物镜采集沿Z轴方向的容积图像。本配图为选定范围内的压缩Z轴堆叠图像，同时也附带.czi格式的原始图像文件。
