Molecular profiling of brain metastases from multiple histologies

The objective of this study is to decipher molecular mechanisms driving brain metastases shared across multiple histologies and to establish new therapeutic strategies for patients with brain metastases. We performed molecular profiling using whole-exome sequencing and mRNA-seq for frozen tissues from patients with matched primary tumor or extracranial metastasis and brain metastasis tissues.
