Molecular profiling of brain metastases from multiple histologies

The objective of this study is to decipher molecular mechanisms driving brain metastases shared across multiple histologies and to establish new therapeutic strategies for patients with brain metastases. We performed molecular profiling using whole-exome sequencing and mRNA-seq for frozen tissues from patients with matched primary tumor or extracranial metastasis and brain metastasis tissues.本研究旨在解析多种组织学亚型共有的脑转移瘤致病驱动分子机制，并为脑转移瘤患者建立新型治疗策略。我们针对匹配有原发肿瘤、颅外转移瘤及脑转移瘤组织的患者的冷冻组织，采用全外显子测序（whole-exome sequencing）与mRNA测序（mRNA-seq）进行分子谱分析。
