RNA editing is an important post-transcriptional modification that contributes to proteomic diversity and gene expression regulation. In this project, we utilize RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data from the 293T cell line, a widely used human embryonic kidney cell line, to investigate RNA editing events. This dataset is part of a larger study aimed at mapping RNA editing sites through the integration of both RNA and DNA sequencing data. The RNA-seq data specifically provides critical insights into the extent and impact of RNA editing on gene expression, shedding light on the molecular mechanisms within the 293T cell line and contributing to a broader understanding of post-transcriptional gene regulation.
