We identified the CYP and GST gene families of the G. japonicus and used transcriptomics sequencing technology to map the expression patterns of these gene families across different seasons. Additionally, we used 16S rRNA sequencing technology and bioinformatics methods to analyze the composition and diversity differences of gut microbiota in G. japonicus across different seasons. Ultimately exploring the impact of seasonal changes on gut microbiota and detoxification function.
本研究鉴定了G. japonicus的细胞色素P450(CYP)与谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GST)基因家族,并借助转录组测序技术解析了该基因家族在不同季节的表达模式。此外,本研究采用16S核糖体RNA(16S rRNA)测序技术结合生物信息学方法,分析了不同季节下G. japonicus肠道微生物群的组成与多样性差异,最终探讨了季节变化对肠道微生物群与解毒功能的影响。
