Microscopy and PCR-based screening of cattle samples with clinical signs of Theileriosis in Zimbawe

本研究针对津巴布韦两个地区表现出泰勒虫病（Theileriosis）临床症状的牛只，采集其全血（whole blood）、干血斑（dried blood spots）、器官组织（organ tissues）中的脾脏（spleen）、淋巴结（lymph nodes）及粪便样本（fecal samples），采用显微镜检测（microscopy）与基于聚合酶链式反应（Polymerase Chain Reaction，PCR）的筛查方法，对无浆体病（Anaplasmosis）、巴贝斯虫病（Babesiosis）、泰勒虫病（Theileriosis）及柯德里体病（Cowdriosis）开展分析。
