Transcriptional profiling of HeLa cells treated with Wnt3a at 0, 2 and 6 hours to identify transcriptional regulators controlling lipid homeostasis. Cells were treated with control or Wnt3a conditioned media for the indicated times before RNA extraction and sequencing.

为筛选调控脂质稳态（lipid homeostasis）的转录调控因子（transcriptional regulators），本数据集针对经Wnt3a处理的HeLa细胞在0、2、6小时三个时间点开展转录谱分析（Transcriptional profiling）。实验中，细胞先在指定时长下使用对照条件培养基（conditioned media）或Wnt3a条件培养基进行处理，随后完成RNA提取与测序。
