Dataset containing physical-chemical and strucutural descriptors for non-exclusive alpha helices and its flanking regions. <br>Only alpha helices from <b>all-alpha proteins</b> are eligible for this dataset.<br>Data is organized into sections. Each section begins with the following header: <b>length, pdb_name, chain_id, flag, position, [parameter</b>].<br><b>length </b>is the number of amino acid residues comprising the alpha helix.<br><b>flag </b>indicates the amino acid residue underlying region, namely: flanking region before the alpha helix (<b>&lt;</b>); alpha helix (<b>=</b>); flanking region after the alpha helix (<b>&gt;</b>).<br><b>[parameter]</b>: paramater's value for the given amino acid residue. 本数据集收录非专属α螺旋（alpha helix）及其侧翼区域的理化与结构描述符。本数据集仅选取全α蛋白（all-alpha proteins）中的α螺旋。
数据以章节形式组织，每个章节均以如下表头起始：**长度（length）、pdb_name、链ID（chain_id）、标记（flag）、位置（position）、[参数（parameter）]**。
**长度（length）**：构成该α螺旋的氨基酸残基总数。
**标记（flag）**：用于指示对应氨基酸残基所属区域，具体规则如下：α螺旋前侧翼区域（**<**）；α螺旋区域（**=**）；α螺旋后侧翼区域（**>**）。
**[参数（parameter）]**：给定氨基酸残基的参数值，所有参数均提取自STING数据库（STING Database）。
