Electrosprayed particles were collected on a microscope slide, cut, and mounted on aluminium SEM stubs using a double-sided carbon sticker (TAAB Laboratories, UK). These stubs were subsequently gold-coated to make the samples conductive for SEM (Thermo Scientific Phenom Pro G6 Desktop SEM). To verify the technique's reproducibility, the NPs were electrosprayed three times. ImageJ (NIH, USA) determined the particle size distribution by analysing three images with their “Analyse particle” functions and the size was determined from the measured NPs area. The dataset above shows the calculated diameter of the particles from the measured area.
将电喷雾制备的颗粒收集于显微镜载玻片上,经裁切后使用双面碳导电胶(英国TAAB实验室出品)固定于铝制扫描电子显微镜(Scanning Electron Microscope,SEM)样品台。随后对该样品台进行镀金处理,以使样品具备导电性,适配赛默飞世尔科技Phenom Pro G6台式扫描电子显微镜的观测要求。为验证本实验技术的可重复性,我们对纳米颗粒(NPs)进行了三次电喷雾制备。采用美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)开发的ImageJ软件,通过其“Analyse particle”功能对三张显微图像进行分析以获取粒径分布;颗粒尺寸由实测的纳米颗粒投影面积换算得到。本数据集展示了由实测颗粒面积计算得到的颗粒直径数据。
