Results of plasmid replicon genes –assemblies’ screening- using Abricate v1.0.1 and PlasmidFinder database (downloaded last 03-27-2023) for 98 CA-MRSA isolates causing infections in children in Spain.

本数据集为采用Abricate v1.0.1软件与2023年3月27日下载的质粒查找数据库（PlasmidFinder database），对98株引发西班牙地区儿童感染的社区获得性耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（CA-MRSA）分离株的基因组组装序列进行质粒复制子基因（plasmid replicon genes）筛查后所得的结果。
