The effect of PDGF-DD on the gene expression of human tonsil ILC1 is unknown. We used microarray to determine the transcriptional differences between unstimulated and PDGF-DD-stimulated human tonsil ILC1. Overall design: Human ILC1 cells from tonsil were sorted to high purity for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.

血小板源性生长因子-DD（PDGF-DD）对人类扁桃体固有淋巴细胞1型（ILC1）的基因表达的影响目前尚不明确。本研究借助微阵列芯片（microarray）技术，分析未受刺激与经PDGF-DD刺激的人类扁桃体ILC1之间的转录组差异。整体实验设计：从扁桃体组织中分离得到的人类ILC1细胞经高纯度分选后，用于RNA提取，并在Affymetrix微阵列芯片上完成杂交反应。
