NLCD_HUC8.csv is the output from ArcGIS National Land Cover Database categories at the HUC-8 level for each NEON aquatic site (includes NEON sites not used in our analyses) for the manuscript "Abiotic variables drive different aspects of fish community trait variation and species richness across the continental United States" in Journal of Animal Ecology (2025).

NLCD_HUC8.csv是适配《动物生态学杂志（Journal of Animal Ecology）》2025年刊发的论文《非生物因子驱动美国大陆范围内鱼类群落功能性状变异与物种丰富度的不同维度》所生成的输出数据集。该数据集基于ArcGIS平台的国家土地覆盖数据库（National Land Cover Database）分类结果，以HUC-8级水文单元为统计粒度，覆盖全部NEON（美国国家生态观测网络）水生监测点位（包含本研究分析未使用的NEON监测点位）。
