Dataset: Antimicrobial resistance profiles of ESBL-producing Escherichia coli isolates from peri-urban poultry and dairy value chains, Dakar, Senegal

This dataset contains antimicrobial susceptibility and ESBL-phenotype results for Escherichia coli isolates collected from peri-urban poultry and dairy value chains in the Dakar region, Senegal, underlying the manuscript submitted to PLOS Global Public Health. Precise GPS coordinates have been withheld and only commune-level locality is retained, per the confidentiality agreement with participating farmers described in the manuscript's Data Availability Statement.
