RNA-sequencing analysis of PFC samples in prophylactic action of R-ketamine

To identify the novel molecular targets for the prophylactic effects of (R)-ketamine , we collected PFC samples 24 hours after administration of LPS . We performed RNA-sequencing analysis of PFC samples from animals treated with either (R)-ketamine or saline为明确(R)-氯胺酮（(R)-ketamine）预防作用的新型分子靶点，我们在脂多糖（Lipopolysaccharide, LPS）给药24小时后采集了前额叶皮层（Prefrontal Cortex, PFC）样本，并对分别经(R)-氯胺酮或生理盐水处理的动物的PFC样本开展了RNA测序（RNA-sequencing）分析。
