We used single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) to compare cells from the lungs of Mycobacterium tuberculosis infected mice between C57BL/6J mice and a cohort of wild-derived mouse lines MANA, MANB and MANC (Jackson Laboratories: ManA/NachJ #035354; ManB/NachJ #035355). Lung lobes were pooled from five infected mice per genotype and cells were isolated for analysis by scRNAseq.

本研究采用单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing,缩写为scRNAseq)技术,对比结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis)感染的C57BL/6J小鼠与一组野生来源小鼠品系MANA、MANB、MANC(杰克逊实验室:ManA/NachJ #035354;ManB/NachJ #035355)的肺部细胞。我们将每种基因型的5只感染小鼠的肺叶混合,分离细胞后开展scRNAseq分析。
