DATA - Association Between Oral Microbiota Dysbiosis and the Risk of Dementia: A Systematic Review

A systematic review and meta-analysis was conducted following the guidelines of the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) methodology to ensure transparency and comprehensiveness. The study protocol was registered in the PROSPERO platform, ensuring standardization and replicability of the employed methodology. Observational studies (case-control, prospective and retrospective cohort studies, cross-sectional studies) investigating the association between the oral microbiota and the risk of dementia in older adults were included.

本研究遵循PRISMA（系统评价与元分析首选报告条目，Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses）指南开展系统评价与元分析，以保障研究的透明性与全面性。研究方案已在PROSPERO平台完成注册，确保所采用研究方法的标准化与可重复性。本研究纳入所有针对老年人口腔微生物群与痴呆风险关联展开探究的观察性研究，涵盖病例对照研究、前瞻性队列研究、回顾性队列研究及横断面研究。
