In order to systematically review the research status and development trends of ginsenosides in the field of tumor therapy, this study searched the core databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang, VIP, and Web of Science, and included a total of 1358 Chinese and English literature, including 492 Chinese literature and 866 English literature; At the same time, the IncoPat patent database was used to obtain 735 relevant patents worldwide, and a related literature and patent dataset covering the period from January 1, 2000 to October 1, 2025 was constructed. The first part uses CiteSpace software to conduct visual analysis on publishing trends, national and institutional collaborations, author networks, keyword co-occurrence and clustering, etc; The second part uses GraphPad Prism and Excel to conduct quantitative analysis on the application trends, regional distribution, applicants, patent conversion rates, and inefficiency of global patents. The dataset generates 14 Excel tables and 24 graphs, comprehensively summarizing the research panorama and intellectual property layout of ginsenosides in the field of tumor prevention and treatment. This provides systematic data support and decision-making references for future research directions, patent strategy optimization, and clinical translation in this field, thereby promoting the development of more accurate and efficient tumor prevention and treatment strategies in this field

为系统梳理人参皂苷(ginsenosides)在肿瘤治疗(tumor therapy)领域的研究现状与发展趋势,本研究检索了中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure)、万方(Wanfang)、维普(VIP)及Web of Science核心数据库,共纳入1358篇中英文文献,其中中文文献492篇、英文文献866篇;同时通过IncoPat专利数据库获取全球范围内735项相关专利,构建了覆盖2000年1月1日至2025年10月1日的相关文献与专利数据集。本数据集第一部分采用CiteSpace软件,对发文趋势、国家与机构合作网络、作者合作网络、关键词共现与聚类等内容开展可视化分析;第二部分借助GraphPad Prism与Excel软件,对全球专利的应用趋势、区域分布、专利申请人、专利转化率及低效性展开定量分析。该数据集共生成14张Excel表格与24幅可视化图表,全面总结了人参皂苷在肿瘤防治(tumor prevention and treatment)领域的研究全景与知识产权布局。本研究可为该领域后续研究方向优化、专利策略调整及临床转化提供系统化数据支撑与决策参考,进而推动该领域研发出更精准高效的肿瘤防治策略。
