Lecanora Markjohnstonii Mtssu Tree

This is a phylogenetic tree inferred from a six-gene dataset from Zhao et al. (2015) to which mtSSU sequences from the new species <em>Lecanora markjohnstonii </em>and a closely-related species <em>Lecanora orientoafricana </em>were added. The tree was reconstructed in order to infer placement of <em>L. markjohnstonii </em>within <em>Lecanora.</em>本系统发育树基于Zhao等（2015）的六基因数据集构建，并加入了新种**Lecanora markjohnstonii**及其近缘种**Lecanora orientoafricana**的线粒体小亚基（mitochondrial small subunit, mtSSU）序列。本树的构建旨在确定L. markjohnstonii在茶渍衣属（Lecanora）中的系统发育位置。
