Microbial eukaryotes Metagenomes from freshwater Lake Pavin (France)

The present bioproject is part of a broader dataset referenced under the ID PRJEB61527. This bioproject contains the metagenomics data from microbial eukaryotes of the freshwater Lake Pavin (France). Total DNA from 32 different conditions (4 dates, day/night, depth and size fraction) were sequenced in duplicates. Seven samples did not yield enough genetic material and thus the duplicates were pooled, leading to 57 sequenced samples. Moreover, four samples were re-sequenced one or two times (CIM_AJ_DC, CIM_BV_DA, CIM_BZ_DA, CIM_CC_DA).
