Sequencing and analyses of genomes of nitrifiers from enrichments or pure cultures

We have been cultivating nitrfiers which use ammonia or nitrite as sole energy source for many years and we've obtained highly enriched or even purified cultures,originated from various ecosystems including coastal sediments,grangwater,etc. Genomes of those cultures have been sequenced, analyzed and annotated.

本课题组多年来一直培养以氨或亚硝酸盐作为唯一能源的硝化细菌（nitrifier），现已获得源自海岸沉积物、地下水等多种生态系统的高度富集乃至纯培养物。上述培养物的基因组已完成测序、分析与注释。
