Transcriptome analysis of two 5-week-old, short-day-grown A. thaliana BCAA catabolic mutants ivd1-2 and hml1-2, compared to the wild type CS60000, in prolonged darkness for 0h, 6h, 24h, 48h and 72h, and in short day for 72h. Rosette leaves were harvested for sequencing.

本数据集针对2株经短日照培养的5周龄拟南芥（Arabidopsis thaliana）支链氨基酸（Branched-Chain Amino Acid, BCAA）分解代谢突变体ivd1-2与hml1-2开展转录组分析，以野生型CS60000作为对照；实验设置持续黑暗处理0h、6h、24h、48h、72h，以及短日照培养72h共6组样本，采集莲座叶用于测序。
