Sequence reads in FASTQ format of 100 white clover (Trifolium repens) populations collected from Europe and North America grown in four common gardens to understand the genetic basis of fitness related traits. Common gardens were located in the introduced range, Lafayette, LA, USA and Mississauga, ON, Canada, and in the native range, Montpellier, France and Uppsala, Sweden, of white clover. Populations from North America (n = 50) were collected along a north-south transect from Lafayette, LA, USA to Toronto, ON, Canada. European populations (n = 50) were collected throughout the European continent with more sampling information found in Innes et al. 2020.
