The study aimed to identify single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) and Indels present in the symbiotic islands of strains of two Bradyrhizobium species (B. japonicum and B. diazoefficiens). Seeking to identify the mutated proteins and understand the relationship of these mutations with the differences in fixation efficiency and competitiveness of the strains in each species.

本研究旨在鉴定大豆慢生根瘤菌（B. japonicum）与固氮慢生根瘤菌（B. diazoefficiens）两个慢生根瘤菌属（Bradyrhizobium）物种的菌株共生岛（symbiotic islands）中存在的单核苷酸多态性（single nucleotide polymorphisms, SNP）与插入缺失变异（Indels），以期鉴定突变蛋白，并阐明此类突变与各菌株固氮效率及竞争能力差异间的关联。
