Effects of Cooperative Versus Competitive Learning on EFL Students’ Writing

The purpose of this study was twofold: (1) to compare the effects of cooperative versus competitive learning experiences on EFL students’ writing, and (2) to explore the effects of gender on the overall writing performance under cooperative and competitive conditions.

本研究兼具双重研究目的：其一，对比合作学习与竞争学习经历对英语作为外语（English as a Foreign Language）学习者写作能力的影响；其二，探究在合作与竞争学习情境下，性别对学习者整体写作表现的影响。
