CleanFinder: Browser-Native Analysis of Editing Outcomes and Allelic States

Cleanfinders ability to process data for analysis of Editing outcomes and Allelic states was tested. FASTQ-files from short-range sequencing (Miseq-analysis) were processed using Cleanfinders 'Analyze FASTQ"-function. FASTQ-files from long-range sequencing (ONT nanopore sequencing) were processed using Cleanfinders 'Allelic dropout'-function.

本研究测试了Cleanfinders工具处理数据以分析编辑结果（Editing outcomes）与等位基因状态（Allelic states）的能力。针对短读长测序（Miseq测序分析）所得的FASTQ文件，采用Cleanfinders的"Analyze FASTQ"功能完成处理；针对长读长测序（ONT纳米孔测序）所得的FASTQ文件，则通过Cleanfinders的"Allelic dropout（等位基因脱扣）"功能进行处理。
