ParB-HT was stained with TMR Direct Ligand (red) and DNA was stained with Hoechst 33342 (blue) overlaid on phase contrast (grey).补充图S7 原始数据：本数据集以呈现ParB复合物的菌丝占比为量化判定依据，表征在野生型及Δsmc（Dsmc）背景下表达ParB-HT的菌株的孢子形成发育进程。数据集包含野生型对照菌株与Δsmc菌株（分别为DparAB pnatparAB-HT，即菌株KP006；以及ΔsmcΔparAB pnatparAB-HT，即菌株KP007）在孢子形成发育三个时间点的菌丝细胞图像。其中ParB-HT经TMR Direct Ligand（TMR直接配体）染色呈红色，DNA经Hoechst 33342（赫斯特33342）染色呈蓝色，图像叠加相差成像（灰色）通道。
