E. coli strains recovered from pork meat

Analysis of the zoonotic risk of E. coli ST131 strains recovered from pork meat. The strains were conventionally typed by molecular methods, phenotypically characterized and genome sequenced for comparison with isolates from different sources.

本研究对从猪肉中分离得到的大肠埃希菌（Escherichia coli, E. coli）ST131菌株的人畜共患病风险展开分析。所有菌株均通过分子生物学方法完成常规分型，开展表型特征鉴定，并进行全基因组测序，以便与不同来源的分离株进行对比研究。
