(a) 本研究对各组大鼠(每组n=10)的生理及血浆参数开展了检测与评估,同时展示了各组大鼠及其心脏的代表性影像照片。其中BW为体重(body weight),HW为心脏重量(heart weight),FL为股骨长度(femur length),Ch为胆固醇(cholesterol),TG为甘油三酯(triglycerides),LDL与HDL分别为低密度脂蛋白(low-density lipoproteins)和高密度脂蛋白(high-density lipoproteins),NEFA为非酯化脂肪酸(non-esterified fatty acid),S.B.P.为收缩压(systolic blood pressure)。(b) 西格列汀(Sitagliptin)可缓解GK大鼠的心肌肥厚。本研究检测了各组大鼠心肌的左心室后壁(left ventricular posterior wall, LVPW)、室间隔(inter-ventricular septum, IVS)厚度,左心室舒张末期内径(LV diastolic diameter, LVDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LV systolic diameter, LVSD),左心室质量指数(LV mass index, LVMI)、射血分数(ejection fraction, EF)以及心肌减速时间(每组n=10),同时展示了各组大鼠的代表性超声多普勒成像结果(上图)。(c) 对大鼠心脏组织进行苏木精-伊红(Hematoxilin/Eosin)染色,并给出了LVPW与IVS厚度的半定量评分结果。统计学差异标注如下:与Wistar大鼠相比,*p<0.05且**p<0.01;与GK大鼠相比,†p<0.05且††p<0.01。
