Inner Mongolian Cashmere Goats (Erlangshan Subtype)_1.4.vcf

we employed the Illumina Goat SNP70K BeadChip to investigate the occurrence and distribution of runs of homozygosity (ROH) in 384 Inner Mongolia Cashmere goats (Erlangshan subtype), estimated genome-based inbreeding coefficients and identified genomic regions with high-frequency ROH occurrences.

本研究采用因美纳山羊70K SNP基因分型芯片（Illumina Goat SNP70K BeadChip），对384只内蒙古绒山羊（二郎山类群）的纯合子片段（Runs of Homozygosity，ROH）的发生与分布情况进行分析，估算了基于基因组的近交系数，并鉴定出高频出现纯合子片段的基因组区域。
