Viral metagenome in feces from diarrhetic children from Zhenjiang and Changzhou. Homo sapiens

We describe here the metagenomics-derived viral sequences found in fecal samples collected from diarrhetic children in Zhenjiang and Changzhou cities in China. Feces can be the source of numerous vial infections in human. A library was then constructed using Nextera XT DNA Sample Preparation Kit (Illumina) and then sequenced using the Miseq Illumina platform with 250 bases paired ends with a distinct molecular tag for each pool.

本研究描述了从中国镇江与常州两市腹泻儿童采集的粪便样本中获得的宏基因组学（metagenomics）来源病毒序列。粪便可引发人类多种病毒感染。随后使用Illumina公司的Nextera XT DNA样本制备试剂盒构建测序文库，并依托Illumina MiSeq测序平台进行250碱基双端测序，每个混合文库池均带有独特的分子标签。
