Detection voltage PSD (distance PSD-VCSEL 20 cm) without collimation

The dataset contains the voltage measured by a PSD (Position Sensing Detector) depending on the x-position of a VCSEL light source (850 nm). The VCSEL is not collimated, and at a z-position of 20 cm of the PSD. The aim is to compare the detection by the PSD of the light spot collimated or not, at different distances. A mean is computed on the data the get one voltage value at the end.本数据集包含由位置敏感探测器（Position Sensing Detector，PSD）测得的电压数据，该电压随850纳米波长的垂直腔面发射激光器（VCSEL）光源的x轴位置变化而变化。该垂直腔面发射激光器未经过准直处理，且与位置敏感探测器的z轴间距为20厘米。本数据集的研究目标为对比位置敏感探测器在不同间距下，对准直与未准直光斑的探测效果。实验中将对采集到的数据进行均值计算，最终得到单一组电压值。
