Expression data of IL-18 generated murine NK cells. Mus musculus

We analyzed gene expression profiles of IL-18 generated murine NK cells in comparison to unstimulated, freshly isolated splenic NK cells. We identified a set of 1414 Affymetrix probe sets showing significant misregulation (Welch's T-test, p<0.05; Benjamini-Hochberg FDR corrected). Overall design: IL-18 generated as well as unstimulated NK cells were isolated in three independent preparations and used for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.

本研究针对白细胞介素18（IL-18）诱导生成的小鼠自然杀伤细胞（Natural Killer, NK）与未受刺激的新鲜分离脾脏NK细胞的基因表达谱展开分析。我们共鉴定出1414个Affymetrix探针组，其表达存在显著失调（采用Welch t检验，p<0.05；经Benjamini-Hochberg错误发现率（FDR）校正）。
整体实验设计：通过三次独立样本制备流程，分别分离得到IL-18诱导组与未受刺激组的NK细胞，随后提取RNA并在Affymetrix微阵列上完成杂交实验。
