Dictyostelid Assemblies and Annotations

Included herein are the de novo transcript sequences and annotations assembled from RNA-seq data in four Dictyostelid species: D. discoideum, D. fasciculatum, D. lacteum and P. pallidum. The data comprise FASTA files for each step of the workflow: 1) Trinity, 2) PASAaa refinement and 3) PASAua re-annotation. For the PASAua data we include nucleotide sequences as well as protein products and GFF annotations of the gene/transcript models. This data is from the following publication.
