Multicenter dataset of multishell diffusion magnetic resonance imaging in healthy traveling adults with identical setting

A multishell diffusion MRI dataset collected from three traveling subjects with identical acquisition setting in ten imaging centers. Both of the scanner type and imaging protocol for anatomical and diffusion imaging were well controlled. <br>Primary acquisition parameters:<b>T1-weighted images</b>Sequence: MP2RAGEResolution = 1x1x1.2 mm³<br><b>Diffusion-weighted images</b>Sequence: SMS SE EPIResolution = 1.5x1.5x1.5 mm³b-value = 1000,2000,3000 mm²/sdirections = 30,30,30non-diffusion images = 6<br>This dataset is expected to replenish the individual reproducible study via multicenter collaborations by providing an open resource for advanced and novel microstructure and tractography quantifications.<br>本数据集为多壳层扩散磁共振成像（multishell diffusion MRI）数据集，共纳入3名受试者，在10家成像中心采用完全统一的采集设置完成数据采集。解剖成像与扩散成像的扫描仪型号及成像协议均经过严格管控。 主要采集参数如下： **T1加权成像（T1-weighted images）**：序列为MP2RAGE，分辨率为1×1×1.2 mm³； **扩散加权成像（Diffusion-weighted images）**：序列为SMS SE EPI，分辨率为1.5×1.5×1.5 mm³，b值分别为1000、2000、3000 mm²/s，各b值对应的扩散方向均为30个，无扩散加权图像共6幅。 本数据集旨在通过开放共享的资源形式，为先进的新型微观结构与纤维束追踪量化研究提供支持，以期通过多中心合作补充个体可重复性相关研究的可用资源缺口。
