Genotypes for 11 microsatellites, 55 and 110 closest SNPs, 48, 96 and 144 AIMs, and 1183 SNPs for the 77 A. m. mellifera individuals sampled in western Europe (M-lineage) and for the 17 A. m. ligustica and 19 A. m. carnica individuals sampled in eastern Europe (C-lineage).
