MentalCLOUDS is a dataset focused on summarizing mental health counseling sessions, created by the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. This dataset contains 191 counseling sessions, each of which is summarized around three specific counseling components: symptom and history exploration, patient findings, and reflection. The creation of this dataset involved collaboration with mental health experts to ensure the accuracy and professionalism of the summaries. MentalCLOUDS aims to assist mental health professionals in managing counseling sessions more effectively through automatic summarization technologies, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of treatment.
