Data are expressed as marker/isotype fluorescence ratio (n = 6).采用流式细胞术（flow cytometry）对骨髓人源间充质干细胞（Bone Marrow-derived human Mesenchymal Stem Cells, BM-hMSCs）与肺源人源间充质干细胞（Lung-derived human Mesenchymal Stem Cells, lung-hMSCs）开展表型表征。实验数据以细胞标志物与同型对照的荧光比值形式呈现，样本量n=6。
