This is the companion data for the manuscript of the same title, submitted to Journal of Advances in Modeling Earth Systems on 09/03/2021.
summer: this folder contains part of the model outputs I ran on NERSC Cori in 2020-2021 corresponding to the summer simulations in the manuscript.
winter: this folder contains part of the outputs I ran on NERSC Cori in 2020-2021 corresponding to the winter simulations in the manuscript.
ne256: this folder contains part of the outputs I ran on NERSC Cori in 2021 corresponding to the ne256 simulations in the manuscript.
bubble: this folder includes the namelists used in the rising bubble experiments.
script: this folder includes an example of a script to generate the realistic SCREAM simulation
Unfortunately, model outputs are too large (~ 30 TB). Therefore, I only provide mean data, used directly to generate figures, in this repository. All model output are archived on tape at NERSC.

本数据集为2021年9月3日提交至《地球系统建模进展期刊(Journal of Advances in Modeling Earth Systems)》的同标题论文的配套数据。
summer文件夹:内含本人2020-2021年间在NERSC Cori超算上运行的部分模型输出结果,对应论文中的夏季模拟试验。
winter文件夹:内含本人2020-2021年间在NERSC Cori超算上运行的部分模型输出结果,对应论文中的冬季模拟试验。
ne256文件夹:内含本人2021年间在NERSC Cori超算上运行的部分模型输出结果,对应论文中的ne256模拟试验。
bubble文件夹:包含上升气泡试验中使用的namelist(命名列表)文件。
script文件夹:内含用于生成真实感SCREAM模拟的示例脚本。
遗憾的是,模型原始输出数据体量庞大(约30 TB),因此本仓库仅提供可直接用于生成图表的平均数据。全部原始模型输出数据已归档至NERSC的磁带存储系统中。
