Campylobacter jejuni Genome sequencing and assembly. Campylobacter jejuni

Sequencing of four C. jejuni isolates (2 reference and 2 field strains) using Illumina MiSeq and Oxford Nanopore MinION. Sequences were assembled using SPAdes, Canu, or Unicycler. In this BioProject the genomes were sequenced using Illumina MiSeq and assembled using SPAdes.

本研究采用Illumina MiSeq测序平台与牛津纳米孔MinION测序仪，对4株空肠弯曲菌（Campylobacter jejuni，C. jejuni）分离株（包含2株参考菌株与2株田间菌株）进行测序。序列组装通过SPAdes、Canu或Unicycler软件完成。在本生物项目（BioProject）中，相关基因组仅通过Illumina MiSeq平台完成测序，并采用SPAdes软件进行组装。
