Data from manuscript "Holocene variability in the sedimentary DNA signal of microbial communities from four boreal-alpine lakes in western Sweden: an exploration of landscape setting and climate forcing"

The data corresponds to sequencing results obtained from a metabarcoding approach applied to sedimentary DNA from lake Nylandssjön (Sweden). DNA extractions and PCR amplifications were performed as described in the related manuscript.<br>The two fastq files (P12215_101_S1_L001_R1_001.fastq and P12215_101_S1_L001_R2_001.fastq) correspond to the forward and reverse reads (respectively, not demultiplexed).A csv. file is provided given the name of each of the 96 molecular inventories and the forward and reverse tags sequences used for all of them. <br><br>More information about samples are provided in the Datasheet S1 from the associated manuscript (in prep)<br>本数据集对应于针对瑞典尼兰兹湖（Nylandssjön）沉积物DNA采用元条形码（metabarcoding）技术所获得的测序结果。DNA提取与PCR扩增流程均按照相关研究手稿中所述方法完成。 两个FASTQ格式文件（P12215_101_S1_L001_R1_001.fastq与P12215_101_S1_L001_R2_001.fastq）分别对应未经过去多重化处理的正向测序读段与反向测序读段。另有一份CSV格式文件，收录了全部96份分子编目的名称，以及所有样本所使用的正向与反向标签序列。 关于样本的更多详细信息，请参阅关联待发表手稿中的补充数据表S1。
