Total Sky Imager observations during POLARSTERN cruise PS122/3 on 2020-05-25

The dataset consist of camera shots of the sky. The camera - a total sky imager manufactured by Canon (Powershot) - was mounted at the top of the Research Vessel Polarstern. At the leg 3 (from February until June 2020) of the MOSAIC experiment from Arctic Ocean - Longyearbyen this camera shots were taken with a temporal resolution between 15 minutes and 15 seconds. The dataset represents the visible projection of weather conditions and cloud cover recorded on the vessel Polarstern in the direction near the zenith. These observations are useful for the interpretation of the atmospheric radiation measurements.

本数据集包含天空的相机拍摄影像。所用相机为佳能（Canon）生产的全天空成像仪（total sky imager），型号为Powershot，安装在"极星号"（Polarstern）科考船的顶部。在MOSAIC实验北极航次的第3航次（2020年2月至6月，始发地为朗伊尔城）期间，该相机以15秒至15分钟的时间分辨率进行拍摄。本数据集记录了极星号科考船在近天顶方向观测到的天气状况与云量的可见投影，此类观测结果可用于辅助解读大气辐射测量数据。
