资源简介:
This dataset is comprised of multiple analyses from a 90-day laboratory exposure experiment to determine the chronic effects of fine-sediment generated turbidity in combination with increased temperature on the health of Orbicella faveolate coral nubbins. The biochemical analyses were performed throughout the duration of the experiment and biological endpoints were performed at the end of the 90-day turbidity and elevated temperature experiment. Photographs, buoyant weight and PAM fluorometry measurements were performed weekly, while tissue regeneration post-wounding, dry weight, total lipids, total proteins, and symbiont density were measured at the end of the 90-day exposure. Data are in spreadsheet and image format.
