Effect of STAT3 deletion on gene expression in HepG2 cell line

Gene expression differential display Overall design: To investigate the effect of STAT3 knockdown on other genes, we constructed control and STAT3 knockdown HepG2 cell lines by shRNA.We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of CtrlshRNA and STAT3shRNA.

基因表达差异展示（Gene expression differential display）实验设计：为探究STAT3基因敲低对其他基因的调控影响，本研究借助短发夹RNA（shRNA）技术构建了对照及STAT3基因敲低型HepG2细胞株。随后利用CtrlshRNA组与STAT3shRNA组的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据开展基因表达谱分析。
